NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONLINE. To start the return process online please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email to shopatbeautylane@gmail.com along with your Order # and reason for return.
Items excluded from returns:
Hats & Accessories are all FINAL SALE
Any items on sale /clearance are FINAL SALE
Gift cards are FINAL SALE
Visibly worn, missing, or damaged items will NOT be accepted
These items purchased at Beauty Lane or shopatbeautylane.com are not eligible to be returned or exchanged to Beauty Lane stores.

Once your return is shipped, please email the tracking number along with order #. Please allow 2-3 business days for you to receive your store credit in the form of an e-gift card or code.

In Store Refund Policy:
NO REFUNDS. You have 7 days to make an in store exchange or return only. All returns/ cancellations are for store credit only. If you make an exchange, the price difference will also be given as a store credit/ Beauty Lane gift card. For your item(s) to be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No signs of visible wear/ damages. Items must also have a receipt. Any items returned with the above flaws will be carefully inspected and subject to 10-50% restocking fee or may not be accepted. Shoetique returns or exchanges must be processed at the store location where they were originally purchased with a receipt.
